I would like to apologize and update my previous review. I was disappointed that the basket I sent wasn’t as pictured. I spoke with the owner and he explained that he left me a voicemail explaining that what I ordered wasn’t in season and for me to call him. I never got the voicemail. He then called the person I was sending the basket to as it was getting late in the day and he wanted to make sure it was delivered since it was for her birthday . He said he wasn’t quite sure what to do. She said she would be happy with anything purple since that is her favorite color. He then arranged a basket larger than my price point at no additional charge and delivered it. He bent over backwards to make the situation right. He did everything he could given that I did never returned his call and my cousin was thrilled with her basket. Thank you Basket Tree Florist!
