I ordered this bouquet sight unseen (from out of the country) and it was gorgeous! On delivery day, they called me to advise that the recipient wasn't in her office, but they told me where they left it so she knew where to pick it up. Great customer service!! Great quality bouquet. I'm definitely shopping here again!
The flowers were ordered on Friday for delivery on the following Monday. They were delivered on Tuesday. Disappointing that I wasn't contacted with that information beforehand. Will not be using your service again.
